UN Global Compact
For three years, we have fully adhered to the 10 principles of UN Global Compact (www.unglobalcompact.org) in fields such as human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
The UN Global Compact is a strategic policy initiative assumed at the highest organizational level, for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with the ten universally accepted principles. RMGC is commited to:
- integrating the principles in the business strategy and decision-making process, in daily activities and organizational culture
- developing partnerships to advance sustainability objectives (such as the Millenium Development Goals)
- actively promoting responsible practices towards partners, suppliers and the public.
One of the commitments we have also undertaken is to communicate our progress in implementing the 10 principles of UN Global Compact through a COP (Communication on Progress). We address this COP on an annual basis to all stakeholders (investors, civil society, authorities, etc).
