In case of external recruitment, we give priority to the communities closest to our operations, where the necessary skills are available, in accordance with our sustainability commitments. This means people from Roşia Montană and former employees of RoşiaMin, then inhabitants from Abrud, Bucium and Campeni. We can also support the people from the local communities to gain the necessary skills, if possible.
