Dialogue with stakeholders
The dialogue with stakeholders is a continuous process aimed at fostering understanding of the effects the Project will have on the local communities. This process is required mainly to understand the benefits that the Project may create and to integrate the stakeholders’ expectations in what we do and in all the aspects of our long-term planning.
Approach and Benefits
Our approach regarding dialogue is based on the future ISO 26000 standard which specifies that stakeholders have a right to actively participate in gathering information, planning, establishing directions and making decisions on the results which are to influence their lives.
The information we receive from the stakeholders helps us to improve our activity, mitigate any possible adverse impact and strengthen the positive impact, in line with our sustainability objectives.
