Whom we communicate with?
We recognise that all the stakeholders play a major role and we communicate with all of those who can be influenced by our operations, those who have an interest in what we do or those who have an influence on what we do. We also communicate with community organizations, the government, local and regional authorities, non-governmental organizations, business partners, the media, industry associations and the business community.
How we communicate?
Every day, we communicate people from various fields. Every interaction is an opportunity to listen, maintain and promote dialogue with stakeholders and meet their concerns and aspirations.
We adopted a wide range of dialogue methods, adjusted for each category of needs, so as to facilitate communication. We organize field visits, during which various cultural organizations, NGOs, press members and other persons have the opportunity to spend time in the community and learn about the Project in a direct way. We have organized activities and local meetings and open houses in the newly built village. We have also had numerous individual meetings, press releases, publications in the local newspaper, regular briefings, quarterly and annual reports, etc.
Those willing may always communicate with us by visiting one of the information centers (a permanent one in Roşia Montană and five specifically created for the Strategic Environmental Assessment) or the Community Relationship Office in Roşia Montană. Furthermore, those interested may approach us through the complaint and claim mechanism, by post, e-mail or phone.
